Well, good news! Between June 15th and June 30th, it's Amnesty season!
All posts marked 'Closed' are now available to be filled until the end of the phase. As long as you haven't filled the prompt previously, you can fill it now. All challenges, regardless of original minimum length and point value are now as followed:

Points: 10
