Summary:“I didn’t really care for her, or want a ‘new mummy’. My brother was more receptive. He was younger, he probably wanted the affection. I don’t know, really. I didn’t ask.” He sighed. “Turns out that there wasn’t a fortune teller, and my dad had been getting off work at the cotton exchange and been shagging this particular bird without a single stitch of protection.” He pursed his lips. “She’d fallen pregnant, and Dad felt the need to inflict his mistakes on us.”

Beside Ringo, George scoffed. “Come off it,” he said. “You don’t have a problem with your sister.”
“I have a problem with the fact that she exists,” Paul spat. “Dad couldn’t keep his trousers zipped up and had the nerve to find fault in me. At least my girlfriends are my age. Angela’s young enough to be his daughter. I don’t have a problem with the girl, though, I suppose.”
