Summary: Single parents Paul and Linda encounter each other in the lobby of Paul's (and Linda's brother's) New York flat.

Paul is overwhelmed by the reality of parenting newborn Amelia on his own (Jane is out of the picture), whilst Linda has recently been evicted and was hoping to live her brother (John and Jodie are in the Hamptons).

Circumstances being as they are, the two decide that it's best that they cohabit. Platonically, naturally.

They certainly don't expect to fall in love.
